Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, take accurate orders using the POS system, and process transactions while providing change. Engage in suggestive selling to increase sales and assist guests with large orders. Maintain product knowledge of Krispy Kreme history, items, and promotions to ensure brand standards are met. Inspect products for quality, keep retail displays stocked and visually appealing, and clean counters, POS areas, and guest-contact surfaces. Sweep floors, mop, and sanitize restrooms and exterior areas as assigned. Answer telephone inquiries using standard greeting procedures and communicate guest concerns or operational issues to leadership. Perform other duties as needed during peak periods, including shop tours when requested. Work primarily in guest service and retail areas, standing and walking for extended shifts in a fast-paced environment.

- Lifting and carrying ranges: 51–75 lbs: Seldom; team-lift only
- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for cash handling, POS input, and product handling
- Exposure to heat, noise, wet or slippery surfaces, and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
