Job Summary
Greet guests promptly, take accurate orders using the POS system, and process transactions while providing change. Answer guest questions about products and promotions, engage in upselling, and assist with carrying large orders. Maintain product knowledge, inspect items for quality, and ensure retail displays are stocked and visually appealing. Clean counters, sanitize guest-contact surfaces, sweep floors, and manage maintenance and cash handling logs. Communicate operational issues to leadership and support shop operations during peak periods. Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Lifting and carrying ranges: 0–10 lbs: Frequent; 11–25 lbs: Frequent; 26–50 lbs: Occasional with assistance; 51–75 lbs: Seldom; team-lift only
- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for cash handling, POS input, and product handling
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
