Cashier

Cashier at Wingstop responsible for delivering fast, friendly customer service during the order taking process, whether by phone or in person. Greet guests, place orders in-person or over the phone, upsell and maintain knowledge of menu and promotions, ensure orders are ready within quoted times, verify accuracy and presentation of orders, handle cash/credit/gift card transactions, balance the register, maintain a clean Front of House, follow safe food-handling procedures, wear the uniform, and escalate issues to the manager as needed. Strong cash handling, computer/POS proficiency, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays are required.
