Job Summary
Process sales transactions accurately, including identification verification, payment handling, and loyalty program promotion. Greet customers, answer inquiries, and engage to build relationships while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards across the store. Maintain product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, and adhere to all applicable laws regarding alcohol sales. Complete cross-functional responsibilities as a sales associate or merchandiser as assigned. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs and standing for 8-10 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to safely handle various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
- Must be able to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol
- Must be able to maintain a safe and compliant store environment
