Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the TJX family of brands including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Homegoods, fostering a culture of honesty and respect within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.
