Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, accurately ringing purchases and returns, and counting change according to operating procedures. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers, and uphold a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain merchandising standards while processing merchandise for the sales floor. Contribute to store recovery, safety, cleanliness, and overall store organization; provide and accept feedback. Adhere to labor laws and store policies, support shrink reduction goals, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, effective communication and organizational skills, and capability to lift heavy objects as needed. Retail experience preferred and willingness to work with peers and supervisors to meet store objectives.
