Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, ringing up purchases, processing returns, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Exercise accurate cash handling, promote credit and loyalty programs, support merchandising procedures, and participate in store recovery and safety practices. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas and work collaboratively with peers to meet business needs; emphasize strong communication, organization, and adaptability in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Retail customer experience preferred
