Job Summary
Process information and merchandise through the computer and POS register system while demonstrating excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage all customer transactions at the service desk and maintain proper control of cash and media materials. Assist with floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance, and merchandise replenishment as needed. Once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. This role supports The Golf Mart, a part of Worldwide Golf's family of over 95 stores across 25 states, offering flexible scheduling and a strong employee discount.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of processing information and merchandise via computer and POS register system
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling and climbing a ladder
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds at any given time
Desired Qualifications
- Any experience in a retail or golf environment
- General golf knowledge/background
