Job Summary
Assist customers in-store and over the phone with professionalism, operating the cash register accurately and maintaining clean, stocked displays. Check in and price supplies, participate in inventory counts, record price changes, and notify staff of out-of-stock items. Follow up on special orders and report marketing trends and customer feedback to the supervisor. Complete additional duties as assigned. This temporary part-time or full-time role at Gateway Community & Technical College offers on-the-job training within a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable handling transactions
- Comfortable with basic stockroom tasks
- Comfortable lifting heavy boxes
