Job Summary
Engage with guests to learn their meal needs while maintaining product knowledge across all departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. Merchandise and stock specialty items throughout the store, gather shopping carts from the parking lot, and perform general housekeeping duties. Present yourself professionally in adherence to uniform standards while consistently delivering excellent guest service. This role supports The Fresh Market's mission to make everyday eating extraordinary for guests.
