Process cash, debit, credit, and check transactions while ensuring all payments are covered with Official and Provisionary receipts. Encode every transaction into the PENTANA system and generate daily reports to verify cash tallies match the Daily Sales Collection Report. Manage petty cash funds, perform beginning and end-of-shift cash counts, and secure all collections at day's end. Create and issue invoices to customers and insurance providers, check repair order data against system amounts for billing accuracy, and prepare account statements. Monitor outstanding payments, prepare Daily Billing Reports, and assist in implementing day-to-day Service department functions. Maintain high energy levels with strong customer service skills to resolve issues courteously while prioritizing tasks by urgency and sensitivity.
