Job Summary
Lead cashiers, manage store open and close procedures, and ensure accurate inventory and cash drawer counts. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and maintaining a positive work environment. Troubleshoot POS, delivery apps, or internal internet issues while overseeing daily prep and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Obtain required CA Food Handler, RBS, and Unlawish Harassment training certificates. This part-time role may transition to full-time within the Berkeley and Oakland locations. Prior experience as an hourly supervisor or in front-of-house restaurant jobs is highly beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Genuine sense of hospitality
- Ability to obtain a CA Food Handler, RBS and Unlawful Harassment training certificates
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to use critical thinking and maintain an even temperament under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as an hourly Supervisor or other FOH restaurant jobs
- Bartending experience
