Job Summary
Ensure top-notch customer experiences by serving fuel and merchandise while checking IDs for restricted items. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store, preparing food and drinks that meet health standards. Handle cash, funds, and products responsibly, then prepare shift-change reports by closing and balancing the register. Assist with tasks to keep the store running smoothly and adjust sales strategies to increase profitability. This afternoon shift role at Sunoco LP requires flexibility for nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on excellent customer service and physical readiness for long hours.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
- A basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the country in which they applied
