Job Summary
Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service at the point of sale while accurately processing cash, credit, debit, and other payment methods using the store's POS system. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and store policies. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness in the checkout and store areas. Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts and report any discrepancies to management. Work evenings and weekends with flexible availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
