Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, operate cash registers for cash, credit, and digital payments, and answer inquiries about products, policies, and promotions. Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining a clean, organized checkout area and assisting with restocking shelves. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and resolve customer issues professionally. Work weekends, evenings, or overnight shifts between 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am. This role contributes to the store's success by combining excellent customer service with operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Weekends, evening or overnight shifts
- 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software.
- Customer service training or certification.
