Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences on every interaction while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment. Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards, handle cash and merchandise responsibly, and complete shift reports including closing and balancing the cash register. Verify customer identification for restricted purchases, support store operations, and apply sales techniques to drive profitability. This afternoon shift role (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) requires standing for extended periods and responding quickly to emergencies. Previous convenience store or retail experience is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the country in which they applied
