Job Summary
Greet and serve customers by scanning and weighing merchandise, processing orders, receiving payment, and bagging purchases. Unload carts, load and carry out purchases, and retrieve shopping carts. Stock shelves and displays by unloading, storing, and filling cases of merchandise using case cutters. Operate pallet jacks or forklifts only if qualified, and remove boxes to the bin or baler. Clean, sweep, mop, and dispose of trash. Perform other duties as assigned in a grocery store environment. No experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
