Job Summary
The Cashier at Stateside Live! is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and managing cash effectively. Key tasks include greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, balancing the cash drawer, communicating with guests, and handling complaints. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to lift items up to 25 pounds, and effective communication skills. Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems are necessary for accurate cash handling.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service and cash handling.
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
