Job Summary
Process customer orders quickly and accurately while handling cash, credit, and debit payments, resolving complaints, and providing product direction. Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting, ensuring checkout areas remain clean and orderly. Maintain knowledge of weekly ad items, store events, and seminars, while communicating with front end and head cashiers. Operate front end equipment including registers, calculators, and scanners. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 30 lbs. and moving carts requiring up to 35 lbs. of force. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
- Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
- Have a positive attitude
- Have the ability to interact with our customers
- Be able to operate front end equipment
- Be dependable and reliable
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes
- Include nights, weekends and holidays
- Have good communication skills

- Stay organized
- Be able to lift/carry product horizontally/vertically weighing up to 30 lbs.
- From 36" to 24", for a distance up to 3 feet for up to 50 hours without mechanical assistance
- Must use both hands to move grocery carts horizontally
- Requiring a force up to 35 lbs.
