Cashier

Greets customers in a friendly, professional manner, explains preventative maintenance services and pricing, and reviews services performed to bill the customer. Writes up work orders, maintains the appointment scheduler, and operates the office computer system and daily cash receipts. Keeps the customer service area, restrooms, and office spotless while answering the telephone in an approved manner. Maintains marketing programs as directed by the manager and presents promotional materials. Adheres to standards prescribed by the Daily Operations Manual and store policies.
