Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register by ringing sales, handling payments, bagging merchandise, and thanking customers. Keep the sales floor stocked and organized by moving clothing from the backroom, merchandising by type and color, and ensuring racks are tidy. Maintain a clean, safe shopping environment including dressing rooms and work areas while greeting donors, accepting donations, and issuing receipts. Support donation door operations and perform sorting or hanger tasks as needed. Report any safety, security, or theft concerns to store management. Assist with other duties as assigned to support a strong team environment. Most of the time, you'll be standing, talking, listening, and using your hands, with regular lifting up to 10 pounds. Goodwill turns donated items into new beginnings by funding job training and education programs in your community.
