Job Summary
Provide the most memorable guest experience through friendly interactions and accurate service. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, taking and relaying food orders, using the POS system, handling drive-thru and curbside orders, packing catering orders, maintaining a clean work area, assisting with restocking, and collaborating with the team to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction. Qualifications emphasize restaurant-related experience or training, strong interpersonal skills, basic reading/writing/math, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work various shifts, including training/certification requirements dictated by the company or state. The role involves constant guest interaction, cash handling, and operating in a fast-paced, wood-fired BBQ environment.
Required Qualifications
- Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
