Job Summary
Greet guests and provide courteous service while accurately processing orders and handling cash on the POS register. Maintain cleanliness and efficiency by bussing tables, stock cashier supplies, and assisting with daily tasks. Expedite food orders, communicate with back of the house on special orders and ticket times, update shift supervisor on guest or team member issues, and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Demonstrates strong cash handling, teamwork, and quick learning in a fast-paced restaurant/casino environment. This role supports guest experiences through friendly interactions, accurate transactions, and collaboration with the dining and back-of-house teams.
