Job Summary
The Cashier at SNIPES is responsible for providing excellent customer service by managing customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), stock replenishment, and maintaining the store's brand appearance. Responsibilities include driving sales, achieving individual and store goals, developing customer relationships, participating in promotions, and ensuring merchandise control. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, be goal-oriented, a team player, adaptable, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
