Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions at point of sale, maintaining stock and overall store appearance. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, achieving established sales goals, utilizing selling skills and customer service standards, and maintaining a neat and presentable appearance. Essential skills include strong customer service abilities, excellent communication skills, and an enthusiasm for youth culture and the brand. The role requires the ability to engage with multiple customers and effectively manage various store tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
