Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer transactions at point of sale (POS), and maintaining the brand and overall store appearance. Key responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, achieving established sales and performance goals, and maintaining customer relationships with a friendly attitude. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, possess strong customer service and communication skills, and be adaptable and goal-oriented. Retail experience is preferred, and candidates should be able to handle physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
