Cashier

Cashier role responsible for providing excellent customer service and processing POS transactions, stock replenishment, maintaining brand appearance, and supporting store goals. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability, achieving KPIs (ADS, UPT, conversions), using selling skills and company standards, building customer relationships, participating in promotions and contests, maintaining cash wrap and merchandise control, and communicating customer needs to management. Must be at least 18 years old with strong customer service, communication, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 15-30 pounds; weekend and holiday shifts may be required. The position is part-time in-store at SNIPES with equal opportunity employment.
