Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the point of sale (POS), managing customer transactions, and maintaining the appearance of the store. Key responsibilities include achieving sales and individual performance goals, mastering customer service standards, developing customer relationships, participating in promotions, and maintaining merchandise control. Successful candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm for the brand, strong customer service and communication skills, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
