Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer transactions at point of sale (POS), and maintaining the brand image and overall store appearance. Duties include driving sales by achieving established goals, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques, and developing customer relationships. Ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm for the brand, possess strong customer service and communication skills, and be adaptable. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting merchandise when necessary. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
