Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer transactions at the point of sale (POS), and maintaining the brand and overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities include driving sales and profitability by achieving individual and store goals, developing relationships with customers, participating in contests and sales promotions, ensuring consistent control of merchandise, and handling multiple customer needs effectively. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and an enthusiasm for the brand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming
- Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift
- Lifting between 15-30 pounds
