Cashier

As a Guest Service Expert at Smashburger, you’ll create great guest experiences by greeting customers with a friendly attitude, taking accurate orders, handling payments, making menu recommendations, and upselling when appropriate. You’ll keep the dining area welcoming, support your team in a fast-paced environment, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. No experience is required—we provide training. Must be at least 16 years old. You should have strong communication and teamwork skills, be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs, and be available for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
