Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational and loss prevention standards. Support store recovery, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role requires excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Starting pay is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Saturday and Sunday shifts are a must.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
