Job Summary
Conduct daily customer interactions, offering knowledgeable guidance on selecting the right plant for specific spaces while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Manage sales transactions and assist team members with multi-tasking tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Handle physical duties including lifting, loading, and moving plant material and bagged soils, with the ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Utilize computer skills and Microsoft Office to support store operations. Join Brownswood Nursery, Charleston's largest design-build firm, where you will receive on-the-job training and opportunities for horticultural certification.

- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance or appropriate equipment when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Horticultural education or experience a plus
- 2 + years of retail/wholesale experience or equivalent customer service experience preferred
