Job Summary
Greet customers, operate registers with accuracy, and process lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while verifying age and legal compliance. Maintain store cleanliness by deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, removing litter, and sweeping entryways. Stock shelves and coolers, upsell products to increase sales, and cross-train in deli operations as needed. Follow safety policies and step in to support teammates wherever required. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Weekly pay, free soda or coffee, and 401(k) offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be subject to a criminal history background check
- You have a friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome
- You notice the little things that make a big difference in a customer's experience
- You're punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in your work
- You're adaptable and ready to take on a variety of tasks in our fast-paced environment
