Job Summary
Greet customers, operate the register with accuracy, and execute lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while verifying age and legal requirements. Deep clean restrooms, sanitize gas pumps, remove litter, and stock shelves and displays to maintain a safe store environment. Upsell customers, cross-train in deli, and follow safety policies as a team player. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible schedules; weekly pay and 401(k) provided. Candidates must be 18+, able to work weekends/holidays, and pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be subject to a criminal history background check
- You have a friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome
- You notice the little things that make a big difference in a customer's experience
- You're punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in your work
- You're adaptable and ready to take on a variety of tasks in our fast-paced environment
