Job Summary
Greet customers, operate the register with accuracy, and manage lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while verifying age and legal compliance. Offer friendly service and upsell to increase sales. Maintain store cleanliness by deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, removing litter, and sweeping entryways. Stock shelves and coolers, cross-train in deli operations, and follow safety procedures. Work weekends and holidays in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs. Full-time and part-time roles available with weekly pay and flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be subject to a criminal history background check
- You have a friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome
