Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register with accuracy, and process lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while verifying age and legal compliance. Deep clean high-use restrooms, sanitize gas pumps, remove litter from the lot, and manage trash removal in all weather. Stock shelves and coolers, sweep, mop, and maintain entryways to keep the store safe and inviting. Cross-train in the deli department as needed and follow all safety procedures. Full-time and part-time roles available with flexible schedules; weekly pay and 401(k) provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be subject to a criminal history background check
- You have a friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome
