Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register with accuracy, and handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while verifying age and legal requirements. Deep clean high-use restrooms, sanitize gas pumps, pick up litter, and take out trash in all weather. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; sweep, mop, and maintain entryways. Cross-train in other departments as needed. Part-time and full-time shifts available, including 2nd shift (3pm-11:15pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7:15am). Pay is $13.50/hr. Candidates must be 21+, work weekends and holidays, and pass a drug screen and background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be subject to a criminal history background check
- You have a friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome
- You notice the little things that make a big difference in a customer's experience
- You're punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in your work
- You're adaptable and ready to take on a variety of tasks in our fast-paced environment
