Job Summary
Greet customers, run the register with accuracy, and process lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while ensuring strict age verification and legal compliance. Offer friendly service and upsell to increase sales while maintaining a clean, safe store environment through deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, and managing trash removal in all weather. Stock shelves and displays, cross-train in deli operations as needed, and follow all safety procedures and company policies. Full-time and part-time roles available with a pay rate of $9.00, weekly pay, and flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be subject to a criminal history background check
- Friendly demeanor and a knack for making people feel welcome
