Job Summary
Greet customers, process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Assist shoppers with product recommendations on vaping and tobacco items while verifying identification to ensure age-compliance. Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and report safety hazards to the store manager. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding product sales. Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth operations during busy periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong cash handling and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of vaping and tobacco products is an advantage
