Cashier/Runner

As a Cashier/Runner at Torchy’s, you’ll be the heart of the guest experience by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring fast, accurate transactions at the point of sale; you’ll also run food to tables, maintain knowledge of the menu and promotions, and proactively support guests with upselling and hospitality. You’ll work closely with the Hospitality Team to deliver outstanding service, keep guest areas clean and organized, and adapt quickly to changing guest needs while maintaining attention to detail. Key skills include strong verbal communication, active listening, clear communication of options to guests, teamwork with managers and kitchen staff, and reliability in flexible schedules. Certifications for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server will be obtained by your first day or within the required timeline by location, and prior customer service experience in foodservice or retail is preferred.
