Cashier/Runner

As a Cashier/Runner on Torchy's Hospitality Team, you greet guests, take orders, run food to tables, and ensure fast, accurate transactions at the Point of Sale. You’ll learn the menu, promote current promotions, and provide personalized recommendations while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room. You’ll collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and teammates to deliver outstanding guest experiences, proactively offer refills, and address guest needs. Required: strong verbal communication, flexible schedule, and state/local Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications; preferred: restaurant/hospitality/retail customer service experience and POS systems proficiency. Responsibilities emphasize guest hospitality, order accuracy, menu mastery, and teamwork with attention to detail.
