Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome and guide them through the menu. Take orders accurately using the point-of-sale system and process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Answer guest questions, make recommendations, and ensure orders are entered correctly for the kitchen. Maintain a clean, organized front counter and beverage station while following all food safety and cash handling procedures. Work collaboratively with Team Members to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience
