Cashier

Cashier position responsible for delivering helpful customer service, processing sales quickly and accurately, and operating the cash register. Duties include cashiering, product placement, receiving merchandise, processing shipments, store stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting management to achieve sales and productivity goals, ensuring end-caps and displays are merchandised, soliciting Ace Rewards memberships, handling receipts/returns, and participating in mandatory store meetings. Emphasis on maintaining the register area, promoting promotions, greeting customers, answering calls, and upholding customer service standards while driving store traffic and sales.
