Job Summary
Answer phones, direct customers, and process cash, checks, and credit card payments at the Ed Napleton Automotive Group Elmhurst Acua/KIA location. Accurately make change, issue receipts, and record counter tickets, sales deposits, and repair orders while verifying totals against payments at shift end. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This role supports the customer experience within a family-owned automotive dealership group affiliated with over 25 vehicle brands and 50+ locations nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
