Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging customers, processing purchases/returns accurately, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Role may be cross-trained to support multiple areas, uphold operating standards, and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives. Emphasis on teamwork, communication, and adaptability to changing directions; prior retail customer service experience is preferred. Location is Davenport, FL; Part-time schedule with salary range $14.00–$14.50 per hour; benefits available per company policy. Includes opportunities to learn and grow within TJX family brands (Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, etc.).
