Job Summary
As a Cashier, you will greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm, operate the POS to ensure accurate sales data, price, and information codes on merchandise, invite customers to participate in a Change Round Up to the nearest dollar, respond to phone calls while delivering world-class customer service, assist in training new team members and cashiers, and maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe sales floor while returning all unsold merchandise to the floor.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
- Six months of cash handling experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
