Job Summary
Process guest orders accurately, handle all monies and tender, and maintain proper cash controls to eliminate shrink. Bag orders, place them in carts or hand them to guests following carryout practices, and direct guests into lanes to maintain flow with no more than two guests waiting. Continually maintain a clean work area and work well with all team members. Retrieve and push shopping carts while lifting 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly. This part-time role requires standing for extended periods, demonstrates successful math skills, and ensures a brand-aligned experience for guests at Lowes Foods.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 15 lbs. constantly
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Demonstrates successful use of math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Effective communication and guest service skills
- Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts
- Ability to bend and lift to load guests orders in to cars
