Job Summary
Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude, direct patrons to available spaces, and assist during peak traffic periods. Verify cash bank and work area supplies at the start of each shift, then issue parking tickets and record transaction information. Process payments via cash, credit card, and validations while securing and handling funds according to company policies. Provide accurate change and receipts, maintain daily records including vehicle counts and exception reports, and keep the booth clean and organized. Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and assist with light cleaning or maintenance duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be available to work on Weekends
- Previous cash handling experience (1 year preferred)
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic or standard transmissions
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to remain courteous and calm while resolving customer concerns
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in parking operations, hospitality, retail, transportation, or a customer-facing role
