Job Summary
Cashier role at Popeyes in Anchorage, AK. Responsibilities include greeting guests, receiving orders, processing payments, preparing/packing food and drinks, upselling and cross-selling, handling returns and refunds, resolving customer complaints, unloading/stocking inventory, performing tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty, and maintaining prompt attendance. Requires excellent communication, ability to work at multiple stations, and a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Weekend availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
- Consistently handle product preparation
- Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
- Consistently stand during serving customers or at register
